After finding out that a friend had a stroke and had just been moved out of ICU at Baptist Downtown, I wanted to have flowers delivered to her hospital room. Due to the pandemic, it was understandably very difficult to find a local florist that would even attempt to deliver flowers to a hospital. I wanted to support my local small business and decided to just order flowers from Flowers of Jacksonville and hope that all would work out. Not only did it work out - but I could not have picked a better florist! Within minutes of placing my order, I received a call from David at the shop. He did express valid concerns about possible delivery issues but he verified the delivery information and said that they would do their absolute best. And they did! My friend received her flowers THAT SAME DAY. I received a message from her family stating that they were absolutely stunning. Thank you, David, Kari and everyone at Flowers of Jacksonville for your kindness and professionalism - and most importantly ensuring everyone's safety. 10/10 would recommend!

Made a custom flower arrangement for my daughter after her surgery. It was the face of Stitch and she absolutely loved it! Glad I was able to find someone to customize a flower arrangement for under $100. Other places said they couldn't do it or wanted $150 which is too much for something that will last a week. Customer service was excellent as well!
