I always try to order from a local florist when sending flowers to support small businesses. In this instance the arrangement was smaller than depicted online so I contacted the florist. They were responsive and receptive in resolving the issue and I am very appreciative of that. Shane was great in making amends and I am thankful for retailers like this that embrace customer service!

My friend sent me a bouquet of flowers to my office this past week, and I have to say they are the most beautiful and fragrant bouquet of flowers I’ve ever seen.
